CHEMPOL 8012 is a premium performance additive package specifically engineered for the formulation of high-quality diesel lubricants. Developed to deliver outstanding protection and performance under severe operating conditions, CHEMPOL 8012 enables formulators to meet and exceed the requirements of leading industry specifications, including API CI-4 PLUS, CI-4/SL, CH-4/SJ, CG-4, CF-4, and ACEA E7.
When blended at the recommended treat rates with appropriate base stocks and suitable viscosity modifiers, CHEMPOL 8012 imparts exceptional thermal and oxidative stability, excellent soot and deposit control,l and robust wear protection for critical engine components. It also offers strong detergency and dispersancy properties, helping to extend oil drain intervals and maintain engine cleanliness across a wide range of diesel engine designs, including both turbocharged and naturally aspirated engines. Performance claims are dependent on base oil selection, viscosity grade, and specific application requirements. It is recommended for Euro V engines and previous models from most OEM manufacturers.
